Event Objectives

  • Students learn to research deeply, analyze complex information, synthesize findings, and evaluate literature.
  • Presenting in front of peers and faculty helps reduce public speaking fear and improves oral communication skills.
  • Participants learn to defend their ideas, think critically, and exchange facts, contributing to a deeper understanding of the subject

  • Students learn to analyze, evaluate, and interpret information, often synthesizing ideas to propose new solutions.
  • Students refine their ability to present information clearly and compellingly, and improve their ability to respond to questions.

Event Briefs

The Student Seminar was organized for the students of B.A. First Year, Second Year, and Third Year. During this seminar, students were given different topics and were asked to teach and present them. The students explained their respective subjects in detail.

From the First Year students, Bhagyashri Bhoyar presented for the Major subject, while Samiksha Zade presented for the Minor subject and Miss chetana Gautam Presented the OE subject. For the Open Elective subject, presentations were also conducted.

From the Second Year students, Rohini Sonatakke and Sofia Shekh presented for the Major subject. Tanushree Vaidya and Leena Atram presented for the Open Elective subject, and Leena Atram also presented for the AEC subject.

From the Third Year students, Akanksha Katkar, Supriya Phulkar, and Sneha Shende guided the students by providing direction and valuable insights.

Through this program, the hidden talents of students are brought out, and their stage daring (confidence) is developed. Such seminars are organized at the college level to enhance students’ skills and overall personality development.
