Event Objectives

  1. To enhance students’ knowledge and understanding of Commerce and related career opportunities.
  2. To provide students with exposure to expert guidance through guest lectures and practical examples.

To develop leadership, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills among students.

Event Outcomes

  1. 1 Students gained awareness about various career and higher education opportunities in Commerce.
  2. The guest lecture enhanced students’ practical knowledge and understanding through real-life examples.

Students developed greater confidence, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills through their participation.

Event Briefs

Matoshri Mahila College, Hinganghat, organized the establishment programme of the Commerce Study Circle, along with a Special Guest Lecture.

The programme was presided over by Dr. Sapana Jaiswal, Vice-Principal of the College. Dr. Rajvilas Karmore, Principal, Tulsakar College of Science and Technology, was the Chief Guest. Prof. Vaishali Tadas, Head of the Commerce Department, and Prof. Ajay Bire, Head of the Marathi Department, were also present.

On the occasion, Prof. Mayur Gandhi officially announced the newly formed executive committee of the Commerce Study Circle:

  • President: Ms. Khemika Parkhi
  • Vice-President: Ms. Vaishnavi Kapate
  • Treasurer: Ms. Veena Kakade
  • Members: Ms. Snehal Wadhai, Ms. Samiksha Daff, Ms. Pranali Waghmare, and Ms. Aarohi Pise.

The newly elected members were felicitated by the dignitaries and congratulated for their responsibilities.

The Special Guest Lecture by Dr. Rajvilas Karmore was the highlight of the programme. He explained various opportunities in the field of Commerce through practical examples and motivated the students towards academic and career development.

In her presidential address, Dr. Sapana Jaiswal encouraged students to develop a scholarly attitude.

Prof. Ajay Bire also provided valuable guidance and best wishes to the students.

Prof. Vaishali Tadas delivered the introductory remarks. Ms. Snehal Wadhai conducted the programme, while Ms. Aarohi Pise proposed the vote of thanks. A large number of students and faculty members attended the programme.

The programme was successfully organized with the contribution of Prof. Mayur Gandhi, Prof. Roshni Narwade, and Prof. Khushbu Katurwar.
