Department of Zoology ___

The Department of Zoology was established in 2018. We have all CHB faculties since 2018.
Ms.Ashwini Chaudhari, Mr. Sumedh Bobde, Ms. Pranita Ashtankar, Ms. Achal Vaidya and
Mrs. Shital Karmore. Our department has some major while some minor instruments are present.
In the library total 156 Books, costing Rs. 10,444/- including textbooks and reference books are
available for students. We have Sectional Library also. This sectional library is useful for
teaching staff as well as for needy students. Our department regularly organized student seminar
activity, study tour and visit to research institute for knowledge gaining and skill development in
students. For teaching and learning process basic Board and Chalk method as well as modern
tools such as LCD projector, internet facility, and computer are present.

1.Department of Zoology have a well equipped laboratory consists of specimens of all phyla of Invertebrates and Vertebrates as well as Bones of Fowl,           Charts, Pictures, Permanent slides, Testing kits.

  1. Major and minor instruments includes Rotary microtome, Micropipette, Apparatuses, Glassware’s, Chemicals as well as compound and dissecting microscopes.
  2. E-books are available.
  3. Internet facilities.
