Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti Celebrated with Great enthusiasm. Program was organized by cultural and NSS Department at Matoshri Ashatai Kunawar Arts, Commerce and Science Women’s College, Hinganghat on the occasion of Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti. Dr. Umesh Tulaskar, President of Vidya Vikas Sanstha and Principal of Matoshri College, presided over the event. On this occasion, Dr. Rajvilas Karmore, Principal of T.I.S.T., Dr. Mahendra Gunde, Principal of Tulaskar Group of Pharmacy, Mr. Vilasrao Raut, Principal of Brilliant CBSE School, Mr. Nitesh Rode, Principal of Vidya Vikas Junior College, and Dr. Sapna Jaiswal, Vice Principal of Matoshri College, were specially present. The program began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp. The introductory speech was delivered by Dr. Sapna Jaiswal. Prof. Ajay Bire, Head of the Marathi Department, read the Preamble of the Indian Constitution and made the audience aware of its core values. During the event, Dr. Rajvilas Karmore highlighted the life of the great leader Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar and emphasized the importance of his struggles. Dr. Mahendra Gunde also expressed his views. Mr. Vilasrao Raut described the challenges behind Ambedkar’s educational journey and inspired the students. Principal Nitesh Rode reiterated Ambedkar’s slogan, “Educate, Agitate, Organize.” In his presidential address, Dr. Umesh Tulaskar stated that if people read and follow the thoughts and writings of the great visionary Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, it would significantly contribute to the progress of the nation and bring positive change in India.The program was effectively anchored by Prof. Roshani Narwade, while the vote of thanks was delivered by Prof. Sameeksha Pawar. The event was successfully organized with the cooperation of all teaching and non-teaching staff of Pandurang Institute.
