Event Briefs

Extension Activity (Work for Society) was implemented on behalf of MatoshrI Ashatai Kunawar Arts and Commerce Science Women’s College and Department of Commerce.  Under this initiative, students of commerce department filled government scheme forms free of charge to the needy people in the society and also helped others by using their book knowledge.  In return, these students were given a certificate; Principal Dr. Umesh Tulaskar, Vice Principal Dr.  Sapna Jaiswal, Head of Department of Commerce Prof.  Vaishali Tadas and Honorable Shyamji Karwa were present as the Chief Guest. This activity was conducted from 25th September to 30th September and as an incentive to the students, the certificate was given on 1st October 2024 in the program.

Introduction of the program Prof. Vaishali Tadas, head of the department of speech, welcomed and congratulated the students who took the initiative and used their knowledge to help the needy people in the society. Principal Dr. Umesh Tulaskar sir also encouraged this activity and asserted that there is a great need to implement such activities as per the National Education Policy. Kumari Nirzara Erne coordinated the program and Kumari Sonali Pale gave the vote of thanks.
