Inauguration of Value-Added Course in “Vermicomposting”.

Department of Zoology of Matoshri Ashatai Kunawar Arts, Commerce and Science Women’s College. Hinganghat had organized Inauguration of Value-added Course in “Vermicomposting” at 08:00 a.m. The Chief Guest of the Program was Dr. Jayashri Jasutkar, Department of Botany, M.A.K. Arts, Commerce and Science Women’s College, Hinganghat. Ms. Pranita Ashtankar, Co-ordinator, Vermicomposting Course, gave an indroductory remark about the Value-added Course. Ms. Shital Dharmik, Co-ordinator, Vermicomposting Course, states the scope of skill-based Vermicomposting as a mini-scale business. Our Chief Guest, Dr. Jayashri Jasutkar guides students about the uses of vermicomposting in agriculture as well as nurseries. She also guides about increasing fertility of soil due to Vermicompost. All the students get motivated and most of them enrolled in the Course. At the end of the program, Ms. Achal Vaidya, Convenor, Value- added Course, gave the vote of thanks.
