The Value added course Program by Department of Chemistry organized by Matoshri Ashatai Kunawar Women’s College, Hinganghat was held on 24th September 2025. The programme aimed to enhance the skills and knowledge of the students and provide them with the necessary tools to excel in their careers.

The inaugural function was hosted by Prof.Ambika D. Thawari and Prof.Dipali N.Dudhe, Matoshri Ashatai Kunawar Art’s, Commerce & Science Women’s college, Hinganghat. The chief guest for the occasion was Prof. Kiran D. Kashti, The participation of esteemed guests added significance to the programme and set the tone for the sessions to follow.

The value-added course of topic is Food Chemistry a set of various chemical processes that determine the amount of availab nutrition in the food, but also the chemical, physical and biological food properties important for human nutrition.

This collection of food testing methods is part of a human being healt training initiative, which aims to increase the knowledge of human being across the world on food through trainings. This document contains a list of food testing methods that can help the farmers
