Introduction of the event
The Program by Department of Science organized by Matoshri Ashatai Kunawar Women’s College, Hinganghat was held on 23rd August 2024. The programme aimed to enhance the skills and knowledge of the students and provide them with the necessary tools to excel in their careers.
The Inaugural function was hosted by Prof. Pranita D. Ashtankar, Matoshri Ashatai Kunawar Art’s, Commerce & Science Women’s college, Hinganghat. The chief guest for the occasion was Prof. Dr. Nayana Shirbhate Madam, Vice-Principle of Vidya Vikas Mahavidyalaya, Samudrapur. Prof. Dr. Umesh Tulaskar Sir , Principle of Matoshri Ashatai Kunawar Art’s, Commerce & Science Women’s college, Hinganghat. Prof. Dr. Sapna Jaiswal Madam , Vice-Principal of Matoshri Ashatai Kunawar Art’s, Commerce & Science Women’s college, Hinganghat. & Prof. Shital Dharmik Madam ,Head of the Department of Science. The participation of esteemed guests added significance to the programme and set the tone for the sessions to follow.
Principal, Dr. Umesh Tulskar Sir welcomed the students to the institute and congratulated them for securing admission in MAK Women’s College, Hinganghat. he took upon his shoulders the greatest responsibility of introducing the age-old heritage of our society and the great history of our institution. He introduced the students and the parents to the Vision and Mission of our institute that focuses on providing quality education to all sectors of the society at an affordable cost. The main highlights of his speech were as mentioned below:
• Our responsibility is to make our students’ dream a success.
• He emphasized that Hard work is going to be extremely essential during their 3year tenure with our institute.
• He highlighted on the efforts the teachers take in using various ICT Tools, Student Centric Method, Smart board and Google forms other than the normal board work.
• He emphasized on the effectiveness of the mentoring system and requested the parents to actively correspond with the mentors for the update about their child.
