Event Objectives

 To orient participating women to the benefits of adopting entrepreneurship as a career, learn finer skills, and overcome social, economic, and familial barriers to becoming entrepreneurs.                                 

Event Outcomes

Outcomes of the activity :

1.      demonstrate knowledge of the legal and ethical environment impacting business organizations and exhibit an understanding and appreciation of the ethical implications of decisions.

2.      Students increase their awareness and deliberately practice the skills and disciplines necessary to increase confidence and agency; foster self-efficacy and self-advocacy; improve communication and problem-solving skills, manage strong impulses and feelings; and identify personal purpose.

3.      Promotes and reforms entrepreneurial behavior and values. identifying a potential entrepreneur applying scientific methods. motivational training and building a proper attitude. strengthening the motive of a person and giving recognition.

4.      Entrepreneurial development programmer helps a person in acquiring skills and developing capabilities to play a role of an effective entrepreneur.

 

Event Briefs

On 21th August,2023, A International Entrepreneurship Day was organized by Alumni Committee at Matoshree Ashatai Kunavar Women’s College Hinganghat..   Prof. Vaishali Tadas was present as the keynote speaker for the Program. She commented that due to this children will get awareness of various of how to use values in improving your own professionsm. In this regard, the Prime Minister of our country Narendra Modi, is actively trying to make India self-reliant. In this regard, he is asserting that the youth need to become job providers rather than job seekers.  Students who are working in the industry were invited and their experiences were presented to the students Prof. Anushri Bhoyar proposed the program, Ku. Samruddhi Tambekar the moderator, and Ishika Ambade gave the vote of thanks.
