Brief Description
Rakhi is a special occasion to celebrate the virtuous bond of love between a brother and a sister which is one of the deepest and noblest of all human emotion. Rakhi making workshop was organized by cultural & Home Economics Department. Fifty five students participated in this programme. They made beautiful Rakhis using different types articles like silken thread, thread, stone etc. Their creativity was extraordinary. We used this Rakhi for Rakshabandhan celebration which was celebrated at old age home, Ishawar Nagar, Hinganghat. Some rakhies took in our Home-Economics department. Asha Ghate mam, Kiran Kashti Mam, Seema Ingale mam and Dimpal Naole mam guided students how to make rakhi. Ms Shital Karmore mam and Ms. Bhagyashri Sabale mam commended students to prove your arts through this types of activity. Oath of thanks was done by Ms. Sangita Landge mam, head of cultural department. All teacher staff from Arts, Commerce & Science supported for this programme. Students also supported for this programme.
