Science is a subject that can’t be study inside for walls of classroom. Only theoretical knowledge is not sufficient for developing interest in subjects. As per New Education Policy, Practical knowledge is also equally important for gaining the actual knowledge and developing skills about a particular subject.
The main aim of Study Tour is to aid students to acquire basic knowledge and concepts in Botany, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and computer science. The Study Tour emphasizes experiential learning and offers both group and self directed activities that enable learners to explore various cultures, practices and people. It also aimed to refresh the minds of students from traditional four wall classroom learning and to explore the nature so as to learn many things of their respective subjects.
Department of Science of Matoshri Ashatai Kunawar Arts, Commerce and Science Women’s College, Hinganghat organized a study tour on 24th December 2025 at Shraddheya Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Botanical Garden Visapur, Jain Temple Bhadrawati, Vijasana Bhadrawati. The place is Visapur and Bhadrawati located in Chandrapur District in Maharashtra. The respective study tour was organized for undergraduate and Post-graduate students of Botany, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Computer Science. The travelling was planned by Public Transport Bus.
