Event Briefs

World Entrepreneurship Day was celebrated by Department of Commerce in MatoshriAshataiKunavar Women’s Colleges.  This program was promoted by Dr.  Sapna Jaiswal Vice Principal MAK Women’s college, Prof.  Vaishali Tadas Head of Department of Commerce, Prof.  Dr. SunandaGirde,Librarian was present as the Chief Guest. Dr. Sapna Jaiswal expressed her thoughts says that entrepreneurs are the need of today’s times.   Head of Department of Commerce Prof.  Vaishali Tadas explained the new entrepreneurs and the challenges faced by them and commented that students should pursue self-employment rather than employment.  Dr. SunandaGirde, the chief guest of the program, wished the students in their future endeavors and spoke about the importance of today’s day.  Prof. Nikita Kuttarmare introduced the program, conducted by Prof.  Mayur Gandhi and Prof.  Done by NishaBasantani.  All the faculty, students and non-teaching staff of the Department of Commerce cooperated for the success of the programme.
